Following the huge success of his food range Wicked Kitchen, Derek Sarno is now publishing a vegan cookbook, Wicked Healthy.
Derek, the former Whole Foods Market's Senior Global Executive Chef and his brother Chad, who spent several years as Whole Foods Senior Culinary Educator, have teamed up to bring together a whopping 129 vegan recipe book.
Recipes include plant-based takes on American classics such as Sloppy Joe's Jackfruit Sliders and New England Style 'Lobstah Rolls', along with mouthwatering puddings like Vanilla Spiced Gelato and Mango Sriracha Caramel.
If you are not a wizard in the kitchen or if you are always on the lookout to create something new, the cookbook features plenty of advice on new innovative kitchen techniques, such as making vegan meat out of mushrooms.
Derek and Chad Sarno's Wicked Healthy already has a very starry seal of approval: the foreword is written by none other than the arguably best known and most outspoken vegan Hollywood actor, Woody Harrelson.
