Restaurant chain Bella Italia has added pasta and pizza dishes featuring soy based vegan ‘meat’ Oumph! to its menu.
The pizza and pasta dishes using Oumph! are:
• Gramigna Pesto - Gramigna pasta with spicy Oumph! plant-based meat alternative, onion, red peppers and Pachino tomatoes in a salsa verde sauce.
• Marco Polo - Gramigna pasta with pulled Oumph! plant-based meat alternative, spring onions and mushrooms in a sweet plum sauce.
• Barbecue Pizza - Oumph! plant-based meat alternative and vegan cheese on a barbecue base.
• Vesuvio Pizza - Spicy Oumph! plant-based meat alternative, roast peppers, onion, fresh green chilli and vegan cheese on a fiery tomato sauce base.
Bella Italia now features 26 vegan dishes on their menu, including vegan Bolognese Pasta, Verdure Risotto, Cannellini Bean Burger and Coconut Panna Cotta.

Dishes using Oumph! can also be enjoyed at Busaba, Butlin’s, and Belgo in London. In Scandinavia Oumph! dishes are available in many cafes’ and restaurants, including Max Burger, O’Learys and Wayne’s Coffee in Sweden, and Peppe’s Pizza in Norway.
