Founded by Louise Palmer-Masterson, Stem + Glory is a trendy but accessible plant based restaurant that opens its flagship London branch in the new Bart’s Square development near the Barbican on 14 January.

Following on from the incredible success of the existing restaurants in Cambridge, this gourmet plant based eatery is sure to win the hearts of vegans and non-vegans alike, with its incredible selection of food, drink and special events.

Born from a passion for demonstrating just how great plant based can taste, Stem + Glory will be offering menus for breakfast, options for a speedy eat-in and take-away lunch and evening dining with sharing plates plus an incredibly well stocked bar of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Frequent special events mean the restaurant will also be offering such culinary experiences as their seven course tasting menu, which sold out within hours at their Cambridge locations.

The bright, fresh and contemporary space includes a chef’s table, which overlooks the vibrant open kitchen and a spacious yet refined dining area that will be serving food to suit all. From those looking for accessible and simple vegan delights, to customers in search of a full-blown gourmet dining experience, Stem + Glory ticks all the boxes.
